2022 Retrospective

*Here is my 2022 retrospective* …long post alert 😜

2022  -  It was one of the best year I have ever had.

2years back when swine flu hit me, it affected my health badly, it took almost 2years to recover. 2022 was best in-terms of physical as well as mental health (specifically mentioning that because as m approaching towards 40 , I  am observing lot of emotional strikes, we gals need to be extra careful about these as it is not visible to outer world only individual can feel same)

Careers : One year break from job helped  me to improve my health and live stress free life,it has other side too- I also understood value of money, how society looked at me when I was jobless. I appreciated that my close ones were there to support me financially and emotionally, I have regained the trust in relationships. Have understood that when you have free time you can do a lot which is certainly not possible when we are working like donkeys🫣

I am glad to know that I still have that caliber to get job on my own terms. Grateful to couple of friends who encouraged and helped me to regain my confidence.

Family time: After graduation I left my home back in 2006 and I don’t remember having peaceful time with my parents. During my break I got a chance to spend time with my parents and maternal family. Went on couple of trips with my parents. It was only aai- baba and myself . Aai baba was proud of me for handling all travelling arrangements single handedly. That shine in their eyes and feeling proud about their daughter have given me extra strength.

Neel is growing super fast,Nishi and myself we are busy in our over demanding jobs.Good that he has started becoming independent and self-sufficient. He managed well in his studies,I am always proud being his mother❤️

Irrespective of busy life m glad that my friends are still in my touch. They are like a my vitamin supplements to give me the boost to keep going 🤗

Well that was all about what went well and what didn’t went well is back to working life is giving hard time again 🙃Work life balance seems not my cup of tea, I need to be regular with daily exercise and need to find me-time. Considering aging parents should not miss a chance to spend time with them.

Really looking forward to 2023 ,I wish it will bring all good for all of us❤️🤗
