It was bed time yesterday and as usual our little one was fully awake and energetic. To avoid him, I was pretending that I was in slumber .So he initiated talk with his daddy.
Neel: "Daddy, I am afraid of ghosts please switch on lights".
(Daddy was lazy to getup from bed and do as he wished)
Daddy: "Whenever you are afraid you can pray to god and god will surly protect you".
It was difficult to convince him in one go but looks like he convinced. But then his next question popped up._
Neel: "Daddy which God should I pray when I am in trouble?"
Daddy was puzzled but he gave choices like Ganesha, Shankara"
Neel :"No daddy , I will pray to lord Indra, after all he is king of all gods so he must be most powerful god" (Daddy was laughing listing to him)
Daddy: No no we don't pray Indra actually , he is not much of use.
Neel: Why? Prove that.
Daddy: Ummm Okay . Well in our house who is head of family?
Neel: It's you daddy.
Daddy: And daddy is afraid of whom?
Neel: ummmm it's mamma.You always listen to her.
Daddy: It is like that Indra obeys lord Ganesha 😃.
